When you prepare a workforce request or job application, the information is transferred through your own email application. The website does not store the completed form or your CV. The receiving company mailbox may retain your message for the time needed to answer your enquiry, manage recruitment or cooperation, and meet legal obligations.

We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, assess cooperation requests, communicate with candidates and employers, and protect our legitimate business interests. Recruitment information is reviewed only for relevant employment or cooperation purposes.
